Our Yoga classes are perfect for people who want to try yoga for the first time, want to stretch and develop more flexibility or for those who are looking for a softer approach to their practice. In this class we will combine gentle yoga poses with breathing exercises and restorative postures to stretch and strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind. Spinning is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. It is a great cardiovascular workout.
