Aerial Yoga takes your traditional Yoga practice to a whole new level! Aerial Yoga is performed in a yoga hammock or silk suspended from the ceiling. The hammock provides amazing support to all of the traditional Yoga postures. It assists in holding and deepening poses with less strain, aids in proper alignment of postures, and allows for full inversions without compression of the spine. Kid’s Krav Maga is the premier children’s program for Self-Defense, Fitness, and Life Skills for kids ages 7-13. Our children’s program gives your child opportunities to excel in physical fitness, safety, and self improvement. We emphasize discipline, focus, and goal-setting. Spinning is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. It is a great cardiovascular workout. You will be kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you, and the music. Get prepared for the workout of your life!
