We are looking for men and women over the age of 50, to participate in our New You Masters Challenge!
What does this include?
– Nutrition guide & invite to our nutrition seminar.
– Commit to 3 days per week, for a total of 6 weeks
– Invite to our private FB group for the challengers & coaches
– Body weight and body measurements tracked.
– Body composition test available
Class Session Options:
Tuesday & Thursday @ 6am
Saturday @ 8am
Tuesday & Thursday @ 7pm
Friday @ 6pm
