Congrats to Liz Richardson, our June Member of the month! Liz began her fitness journey with us in 2015 and since then has made awesome transformations. Her perseverance, commitment, and willingness to try different classes is truly inspiring. She always puts her best foot forward with a smile! “I joined The Fighting Fit almost 2 years ago and started coming to kickboxing once or twice a week. I slowly started coming more often and trying more classes.
The Booty Camp class with Gabby is the perfect mix of cardio and conditioning and is so fun! Yoga has helped me in so many ways, too. It’s not only a great way to stretch out, but it helps me to be more flexible and have more stamina in other classes. Kickboxing is my first love because not only is it an intense cardio workout but the coaches make sure you are using correct form and take the time to teach and correct you.
The Fighting Fit has definitely become one of my favorite places to be. I just registered for the Warrior Dash which is something I would have never thought I would be able to do a few years ago. This has been a physical and emotional transformation for me. I have gotten stronger and faster and have so much energy and I am so excited to keep trying new things. I have met some really amazing people and I am so happy to be a part of this community!”
