Kristy Caleca – October 2017

Kristy Caleca – October 2017

“My body had changed so much after having kids that the thought of losing weight seemed overwhelming especially when you feel like you have A LOT to

lose. I started to feel as though I should make peace with my body and size. I had tried for a long time to get in shape with little results. I started TFF with a free class and I haven’t looked back. I’ve been a member for almost a year and a half and have finally started seeing the results that I’ve been working so hard for. I started with kickboxing classes, which have pushed me far beyond what I thought I could do. The classes are always different so it never gets boring or repetitive. TFF’s awesome instructors are always watching and pushing you to be better and stronger. I began to add spin to my weekly workouts and absolutely love it! I make kickboxing and spin classes a priority each week and I am now down 50 pounds! I’m starting to feel like my old self again. I still have more goals to accomplish and I know TFF’s coaches will be there pushing me to reach them.

TFF is a great community, everyone’s striving to reach their personal fitness and health goals and the amazing coaches are there to help you succeed. The atmosphere here is so welcoming and positive. The progress I’ve made by just taking kickboxing and spin classes has been awesome, I hope to try more of
the other classes/programs that the fighting fit has to offer in the future. I can’t say enough great things about this gym, thank you to Jaimie, Barry, Bobby and Mary for all your encouragement and for recognizing my hard work. I appreciate all of you!”
