Easy to start and challenging for ALL levels, this class will be 45min of high intensity with light weights and conditioning.

We combine functional movements with specific core-strengthening exercises to give you a workout that burns through fat and sculpts every muscle you have.

The classes are always fun and different – you’ll work with medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbbells, slam balls, jump ropes, sleds, and other super effective tools!

What to Expect:

  • 5min warmup (You CANNOT be late)
  • 10min coaching session
  • 30min of FIRE
    (Fast – Intense – Resistance – Endurance)
